二、掛牌出讓競(jìng)買(mǎi)對(duì)象：
中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)外的法人和其他組織，除法律、法規(guī)另有規(guī)定外，均可申請(qǐng)參加，申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)單獨(dú)申請(qǐng)。對(duì)缺乏誠(chéng)信，違反土地管理法律、法規(guī)及國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓合同，經(jīng)有關(guān)部門(mén)教育、督促仍拒不改正者不得參加本次競(jìng)買(mǎi)。申請(qǐng)人必須符合工業(yè)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)業(yè)定位等準(zhǔn)入要求，地塊報(bào)名前須通過(guò)海寧市工業(yè)項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)入評(píng)價(jià)。
三、競(jìng)得人確定方式：本次國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)掛牌出讓按照價(jià)高者得的原則確定競(jìng)得人。
四、本次掛牌出讓方式：本次國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)掛牌出讓通過(guò)浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn/GTJY_ZJ/）進(jìn)行。
五、本次掛牌公告時(shí)間：2021年8月4日至2021年8月23日；
報(bào)名時(shí)間：2021年8月24日至2021年9月2日（競(jìng)買(mǎi)保證金繳納截止時(shí)間為2021年9月2日16:00）；
掛牌時(shí)間：掛牌起始時(shí)間為2021年8月24日10:00，掛牌截止時(shí)間為2021年9月6日10:00；
以上時(shí)間均以浙江省國(guó)有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，競(jìng)買(mǎi)保證金到達(dá)指定賬戶時(shí)間以銀行信息系統(tǒng)為準(zhǔn)。

八、申請(qǐng)人須按照掛牌須知要求辦理數(shù)字證書(shū)，符合競(jìng)買(mǎi)要求，并按要求足額交納競(jìng)買(mǎi)保證金，方可參加網(wǎng)上掛牌出讓活動(dòng)。
九、其他事項(xiàng)：
1、本次掛牌出讓地塊設(shè)置投資強(qiáng)度、年均銷(xiāo)售、年均稅收等建設(shè)條件（具體詳見(jiàn)掛牌出讓地塊的基本情況和規(guī)劃指標(biāo)表格）。成交后受讓方除與出讓方簽訂《國(guó)有土地使用權(quán)出讓合同》外，須與屬地政府或平臺(tái)簽訂《工業(yè)項(xiàng)目“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地”使用協(xié)議》，并及時(shí)報(bào)出讓人、海寧市發(fā)改局、海寧市經(jīng)信局備案。
2、海自然字21055號(hào)地塊：①設(shè)置于地下的機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)泊位數(shù)應(yīng)不少于機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)總泊位數(shù)的40%;②保留西側(cè)南北走向的10kv北埭線電線桿、電力管線。
3、海自然字21096號(hào)地塊：設(shè)置于地下的機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)泊位數(shù)應(yīng)不少于機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)總泊位數(shù)的50%。
